We are a team dedicated to delivering the best online casino experience to Malaysian players. Since day one of our operations, our vision has never changed – to be the most trusted, safest, and most enjoyable platform in the region.
888new started with one simple but powerful dream – to build an online casino platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. We knew that local players wanted more than just a large game selection. They wanted a platform that is easy to use, offers fast payouts, provides support in a language they understand, and most importantly – the confidence that their money is in safe hands.
With over 6 years of experience in this industry, 888new has grown into one of the most recognised names among Malaysian online casino players. We did not get here by luck alone. It is the result of our team's hard work, honest feedback from our loyal members, and an unwavering commitment to continuously improve every aspect of the platform over time.
Today, with over 500,000 registered members and more than 1,200 game titles from world-class providers, 888new stands firmly as the first choice for many Malaysian players seeking a high-quality, fair, and safe online casino experience.
To deliver the best online casino experience — safe, fair, and enjoyable — for every player in Malaysia.
To become the number one online casino platform in Malaysia and Southeast Asia by 2030.
Integrity, transparency, and member satisfaction are the three core pillars that guide every decision we make.

888new member deposits are held in accounts separate from the company's operating funds. 256-bit SSL encryption protects every financial transaction and personal data record without exception. Integrated KYC ensures your account cannot be accessed by any unauthorised party.
At 888new, your winnings do not have to wait days. Withdrawals via FPX, DuitNow, and local bank transfers are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. VIP players enjoy even faster withdrawal priority – because your time is valuable.
From modern video slots and Live Casino with professional dealers, to jackpot fish shooting games and classic table games – everything is in one platform. The 888new collection is updated regularly with new titles from world-leading providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and many more.
The 888new App, optimized for Android and iOS, lets you play anywhere without lag or interruption. The intuitive interface makes navigation, deposits, withdrawals, and access to all games effortless with just a few taps.
The 888new support team is fluent in both Malay and English, available around the clock. Whether via live chat, email, or Telegram – every query gets a prompt, friendly response. You'll never be left alone with a technical issue or account-related confusion.
The 888new VIP Program is designed to reward member loyalty. The more you play, the higher your VIP tier — and the greater the rewards, including weekly cashback, exclusive deposit bonuses, priority withdrawals, and gifts not available to regular members.
The 888new story didn't start with billions in capital or the backing of a corporate giant. It began with a small, passionate team, months of relentless hard work, and the trust of an early group of members who were willing to give a new platform a chance.
Every challenge we faced — from keeping the platform stable at peak hours, to adding new payment methods, to expanding our game catalogue — we tackled with one principle: put members' needs above everything else. That principle is what has brought 888new to where we are today.
And this journey is far from over. Every year, we continue to invest in new technology, add premium game providers, strengthen our security systems, and train our support team to deliver ever-improving service. We will not stop until 888new truly becomes a name every Malaysian player knows and trusts.
888new launched its first version with a collection of 120 game titles and basic FPX payment support. The early response exceeded our founding team's expectations.
We introduced Live Casino with real professional dealers, offering Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette in real time. Membership exceeded 50,000 in the same year.
The 888new App for Android and iOS was relaunched with a faster design, a more intuitive interface, and full support for all game categories.
A new 6-tier VIP system was introduced, delivering more personalised and exclusive rewards for our loyal members. The Platinum and Diamond VIP tiers began attracting premium players.
888new's fish shooting collection has grown to 50+ titles featuring progressive jackpots, multiplayer modes, and powerful boss fish that have become a favourite among Malaysian players.
888new reached a historic milestone with 500,000 registered members and a game catalogue surpassing 1,200 titles from 30+ internationally certified providers.
Behind every smooth game, every fast withdrawal, and every enjoyable session – there is a dedicated team working hard every day for you.

In an increasingly crowded online casino world filled with platforms that come and go, what sets 888new is not simply about the number of games or the size of the bonuses on offer. What truly sets us apart is how we approach our relationship with every member — not as a number in a database, but as an individual who deserves the best possible experience.
We understand that when someone chooses to join 888new, they are making a significant act of trust. They are entrusting us with their money, their leisure time, and their hopes. We hold this trust with a deep sense of responsibility. That is why every policy we craft, every system we build, and every business decision we make is always measured against the same question: is this good for our members?
From a technical standpoint, the infrastructure of 888new is built on an enterprise-grade cloud server infrastructure capable of supporting hundreds of thousands of concurrent users without interruption. That means even on New Year's Eve or during a major football match — the two peak periods with the highest player activity — our platform stays smooth and responsive. No lag, no frozen screens, no sessions dropping mid-round.
Game fairness is something we do not compromise on. All games in the lobby of 888new uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited and certified by an accredited third-party body. This fairness certificate is not just a document in a drawer — it is concrete proof that every slot spin, every card hand, and every fish shooting round is determined randomly and fairly, with zero manipulation.
We are also deeply serious about responsible gaming. 888new provides a range of tools to help members manage their gaming habits — including daily and weekly deposit limits, self-exclusion options, and access to support resources for those who feel gaming is starting to affect their daily life. We don't just want your deposit — we want you to play happily and responsibly for the long term.
When it comes to provider partnerships, 888new only partners with gaming companies that carry a solid international reputation. Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spadegaming, FA Chai, Habanero, CQ9 Gaming, and more — every provider in our lobby has gone through a rigorous evaluation covering game quality, RNG fairness, licensing, and long-term track record. We will not add questionable games to our platform just to inflate the title count.
The deposit and withdrawal experience at 888new is designed to be as simple and fast as possible. We support all major local payment methods in Malaysia — FPX, DuitNow, direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and more. Deposits are credited automatically within seconds, while withdrawals are settled within 15 to 30 minutes in most cases. This isn't an empty promise — it's the service standard we uphold every single day.
Looking ahead, 888new is committed to growing alongside the Malaysian player community. We have plans to introduce more exclusive games, enhance VIP program rewards, and extend our reach to more players across Malaysia. Every step forward will continue to be guided by our core values — integrity, transparency, and member satisfaction. Because ultimately, 888new's success is the success of every member who trusts us.
We only partner with world-class game providers that have a proven track record of delivering quality, fair, and secure games.
